Advertising in Our App (AdMob and Third-Party Ad Services)
Tripple Double may display advertisements in our app and on our Services. We use Google AdMob and potentially other third-party ad networks to serve ads. When we show ads:
- Ad networks (such as Google AdMob) may collect and use data including device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID), IP address, app usage, and other information to deliver relevant ads and measure ad performance.
- This data may be used for ad personalization, frequency capping, and analytics. You can control ad personalization and reset your advertising ID in your device settings (e.g., Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising).
- For more information about how Google uses data when you use our app or partner sites/apps, see Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob & user data.
We do not sell your personal information. Our use of ad services helps us offer the app and may support free or low-cost access to our Services.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain and improve our Services, including debugging and developing new features
- Process transactions and fulfill orders (if applicable)

Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others
We allow others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf (including via AdMob in our app). These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and apps, including your IP address, device identifiers, web browser, pages viewed, time spent, and conversion information. This information may be used by Tripple Double and others to analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests, and better understand your online activity. You can disable or limit ad tracking through your device settings. For more information about interest-based ads and opt-out tools, please visit www.aboutads.info/choices (in the EU, https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/).
Data Transfer
Tripple Double may process information in South Africa and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. These locations may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions.

Information for Individuals in Switzerland, UK and the EEA
If you use our Services while in Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area ("Europe"), the following applies. Tripple Double is the data controller for personal data governed by this Privacy Policy.
- Legal Basis for Processing: We process your personal data: to perform our contract with you; when we have a legitimate interest (e.g., to secure and improve our Services, prevent fraud, analyze use); to comply with legal obligations; and when we have your consent.
- Data Retention: We retain personal data for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, unless the law requires a longer period.
- Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, erase, or receive a portable copy of your personal data; to object to certain processing (e.g., direct marketing); to restrict processing in certain circumstances; and to withdraw consent where applicable. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
Information for California Residents
This section provides additional disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"). In the last 12 months we may have collected: identifiers (name, phone, email, IP address, device identifiers); characteristics such as age or gender where provided; commercial information (e.g., payment and purchase information); approximate geolocation; internet or other electronic network activity (browsing and usage); and inferences drawn from the above. We use this information for the purposes described in the "Use of Information" section (providing and improving Services, marketing, analytics, security, legal compliance, personalization including ads). We share information with service providers, ad partners (e.g., AdMob), and as required by law or with your consent.
We do not "sell" your personal information as defined under the CCPA. We may allow advertising partners to collect device identifiers and usage data via our Services to show interest-based ads. To limit this, use your device settings to limit ad tracking and our cookie preference tools where available. California residents may request to know, delete, or correct their personal information by contacting us at the email below. We will verify your request using information we have on file.
